Obesity
The good nutrition is the foundation of good health. But,what is good nutrition? It does not mean eating small amounts or many quantities or not even just eating in a healthy way. Good nutrition means that the person eats well and regularly in order to enjoy good health.
*Good nutrition is the foundation of good health, but what is the real meaning? It does not mean simply eating small amounts, large quantities, or not even just eating certain kinds of food. Good nutrition really means that a person eats well and regularly with good health as the main goal.
There are many people who are not interested in their food. They eat any food in front of them, whether this food is good or not for their health leading them to obesity. Zinczenko said, ''We eat fast food because it's easy to find.'' Obesity occurs by accumulation of excessive amounts of fat in the body, and the main reason for obesity is to increase thermal energy food for the body's needs. One of the symptoms that has become common in developed societies and developing countries alike have not considered obesity a disease in itself but a major risk factor leading many diseases.

Zinczenko, a nutritionist for the national health department, said, "We eat fast food because it's easy to find." Obesity occurs by accumulation of excessive amounts of fat in the body, and the main reasons obesity occurs is because the body thinks that it needs to increase thermal energy by storing up excess fat. Obesity is really a symptom of a diet in which people eat too much food, a problem that takes place in highly developed or rapidly-developing countries. Obesity then becomes a risk factor leading to many dangerous diseases.
There are many reasons that lead to obesity, such as lack of physical activity, overeating, genetics, repeated pregnancy and childbirth, psychological factors, social factors, and physiological factors. There are many dangers of obesity, such as joint pain, heart attack, high blood pressure, cancer, stroke, diabetes, atherosclerosis, pregnancy and surgery, child obesity.
Joint pain: The majority of the obese complain about knee pain, hip and foot resulting from pressure caused by excess weight on these joints, and this reduces the movement and activity of fat, helping to damage the bones in these joints.
Heart attack: heart attacks are the leading cause of death in different countries, and this condition occurs when there is a blockage in one of the arteries feeding the heart muscle as a result of the presence of a clot in the arteries and when the heart muscle lacks oxygen and nutrients. It was found that there is a relationship between obesity and the occurrence of heart attacks.
High blood pressure: Found that the obese are more susceptible to high blood pressure, and since this disease may cause varying degrees of the damage to the brain (stroke), it is necessary for people with high blood pressure to reduce their weight.
Cancer: Found that obesity may be associated with certain types of cancer, such as colon and prostate cancer in men and breast and cervical cancer in women.
Stroke: Stroke occurs because of bleeding or blood clots in the brain. This is considered to be because of obesity, high blood pressure, and hardening of the arteries. These are reasons that lead to a stroke, and obese develop symptoms of paralysis in some parts of the body, a defect in the ability to speak, and some mental disorders and that may lead to death.
Diabetes: The spread of diabetes type II non-insulin-dependent more upon obese people. In one study found that about 57% of diabetic patients were infected with obesity. And when the patient loses sugar and excess weight, the state, in most of the times, improved.
Atherosclerosis: Atherosclerosis results from leakage of fat in the soles of the arterial wall, which helps to reduce the passage of blood or not. It passed as a result of artery clogging fat, and this contributes to the occurrence of stroke or heart attack. Studies show that there is a marked increase in the incidence of atherosclerosis in obese people.
Pregnancy and surgery: the overweight women may be a factor in the difficulty and length of the c-section because the fetus may be in an abnormal position, making it a difficult birth. The women are extremely obese. They often face difficult births and an increase in the incidence of death during childbirth, either the mother or the fetus.
Child obesity: obesity in children is not a sign of health, when increasing the weight of the child for the natural rate, the number of fat cells increases, and as the fat cells that formed during childhood remain lifelong. It makes weight loss in old age challenging.
Therefore we must attention to our health, use a special diet, and continue taking the advice of the nutritionist who specializes in treating obesity. In order to overcome obesity
